A former ABC News producer is suing the Walt Disney Company and one of its former star correspondents for sexualized workplace comments and wrongful termination — the same corporate empire that spends its airtime telling ordinary Americans they're the problem.
Samira Said filed suit Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court against ABC News, Disney, CBS News chief correspondent Matt Gutman, and ABC Los Angeles bureau chief David Herndon. The allegations: a hostile work environment, denied medical accommodations, and a pink slip for the crime of asking for one.
