These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dissenter at https://dissenter.com(the “Site”), owned and operated by Gab AI Inc, a company located in Pennsylvania, USA. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
Dissenter is an independent news magazine. Articles are produced through an automated editorial process that monitors reporting from many outlets, synthesizes coverage, and publishes from a stated editorial vantage. Hero images and artwork are AI-generated editorial illustrations — they are not documentary photographs, evidence, or eyewitness records and may be inaccurate or misleading.
Every article lists synthesis sources at the foot of the page. For any factual dispute, consult those underlying outlets and our Corrections policy.
Not professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information and commentary only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for qualified professionals or primary sources.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, logos, and original text (except quoted or attributed third-party material) are owned by Gab AI Inc or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not scrape, republish full articles, mirror the Site, or use our content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
Newsletter and accounts
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you agree to provide a valid email address and to receive messages you opted into until you unsubscribe. You may not use the subscription service to harass others or submit false information.
Acceptable use

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAB AI INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
