British police left a murderer's wrists free after he claimed racial abuse — while handcuffing his dying, bleeding victim. That's woke policing's logical endpoint: identity politics neutering law enforcement, criminals coddled, and victims erased.

New bodycam footage released Friday shows Vickrum Digwa, convicted of murdering 18-year-old Anglo-Polish student Henry Nowak in Southampton last December, repeatedly lying to officers about the stabbing — and officers swallowing every word. Digwa claimed Nowak had called him a "Paki," grabbed his turban, and punched him. All proven false at trial. The officer's response to the racism claim: "I know, mate, I know" and "I'm not saying you've done anything, mate."

Not once during the interaction was Digwa handcuffed. The dying Nowak? Handcuffed on the ground.

When Nowak told police he'd been stabbed and couldn't breathe, one officer replied, "I don't think you have, mate." Another insisted, "He hasn't been stabbed." It took nearly eight minutes for officers to discover Nowak's four stab wounds, The Independent reported.

Digwa stabbed Nowak multiple times in the chest with a traditional Sikh knife — a weapon he was permitted to carry under British law due to a religious exemption, as Breitbart noted. He was sentenced to life with a minimum of 21 years in June.

The killer's father, Moga Singh, backed up the lies on scene, telling police that Nowak "assaulted my son." Digwa's brother called police to report Vickrum had been "racially" attacked, the BBC reported. Digwa also falsely claimed Nowak was drunk; Judge William Mousley KC noted the teen had been drinking less than the drink-drive limit.

The footage release itself reeks of institutional cover-up. Former Met Police Detective Chief Inspector Mike Neville told TalkTV that Hampshire Police appear to be "drip feeding this stuff over time instead of all at once, so we can almost forget about it." Neville argued the junior officers on scene are being set up as "sacrificial lambs" for top brass who imposed the protocols from above.

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has said officers face punishment if they fail to prioritise accusations of racism, arguing that anti-white DEI ideology has infected the British state at every level — incentivizing police to give favorable treatment to ethnic and religious minorities over the native white population.

The Daily Caller framed the footage as exposing "shockingly different treatment" by police. Breitbart went further, naming the DEI doctrine and the religious knife exemption that armed the killer. Both agree on the core facts: a murderer walked free on the scene, spinning tales of racial abuse, while his teenage victim bled out in cuffs.

The question isn't whether these officers failed Henry Nowak. They did. The question is who gave them their marching orders — and how many more names will be added to the list before the public stops accepting "diversity" as an excuse for dead kids.
