A Mexican influencer with more than 600,000 TikTok followers was shot dead at point-blank range while broadcasting live Tuesday — another cartel execution in a country where organized crime operates with total impunity, and another reminder of the lawless nightmare the Biden administration invites into American communities by leaving the southern border wide open.

César Gastelum, 25, was filming with two friends outside a fast-food restaurant in Culiacán, the capital of Sinaloa state, when a motorcycle carrying two hit men pulled up and a rider fired directly into him on camera. His two companions were uninjured. The assassins fled. No arrests.

The murder happened near the building housing the Sinaloa state prosecutor's office — which tells you who actually runs that territory. Not the government.

Mexico's Security Cabinet said it is investigating whether Gastelum's posts referenced
