A new book attempting to decode Elon Musk’s mind proves the establishment is still desperate to psychoanalyze the one tech billionaire who broke their censorship monopoly.
The media cartel can’t stomach a mogul who fights for open discourse and American sovereignty, so they frame him as an eccentric puzzle to be solved rather than a force to be reckoned with. Author Eric Jorgenson’s “The Book of Elon: A Guide to Purpose and Success” has some useful observations, but the press is using it as a containment strategy—explaining Musk away so they don't have to admit he dismantled their narrative control on X.
According to Fox News, Jorgenson credits Musk’s “philosophy of curiosity” and his drive to build new frontiers over chasing money. He highlights Musk’s “truth-seeking AI” with XAI and his five-step engineering process, “the algorithm.” Jorgenson even says his mission is to “create one million Musks.”
But then Jorgenson plays right into the establishment’s hands. He notes that Musk isn't influenced by modern leaders and instead looks to “military leadership” and the “robber baron era,” concluding that Musk “leads a company like Napoleon led an army.” This is the framing the legacy press loves: paint the man who restored free speech to millions as an autocrat. It’s easier to call him a Napoleon than to admit he’s a patriot who actually trusts the American people with unfiltered information.
The book also notes Musk was tapped by War Secretary Pete Hegseth to help the Pentagon determine future weapons tech. This is the real stake for ordinary Americans: an America First innovator auditing the defense establishment instead of the usual swamp creatures handing out blank checks. Yet the media would rather focus on his “intensity” and decision-making speed than the fact that he’s applying his efficiency to dismantle the permanent Washington bureaucracy.
The press doesn’t want a million Musks. They want zero. They want to psychoanalyze him into a box labeled “dangerous eccentric” so they never have to compete with the free speech platform he built. You can study his algorithm all day, but until the establishment reckons with why he unlocked the town square for the working class, they’re just writing autopsy reports on their own relevance.
