Not voting for the deal is voting no deal, it is not voting remain.
I'd be less confident because it seems clear their ultimate goal is to stop us leaving, rather than getting a good a deal.
This entire episode reminds me of Germany dealing with Poland in the lead up to WWII. England refused to clearly communicate to the Germany what was acceptable to England in terms of the Danzig issue.
I think he has done his best to show that he put a valid deal on the table, but bad enough to fail.
I think no deal was his plan all along, but i cant be sure.
