Surveillance footage confirmed the same suspect doing something similar at 11:20 a.m. and again at 1:03 p.m. The suspect is described as a man in his 20s with a thin build, thin beard, and short haircut, wearing black Crocs and a blue collared shirt. He's believed to be driving a white or silver Chevrolet Equinox. Still at large.
In Fairbanks, Alaska, a 19-year-old motorcyclist is dead because a cyclist ran a red light. Aiden Cowles was southbound on the Steese Highway, traveling at the posted speed limit, wearing a helmet, and had a green light when a cyclist entered the intersection against the signal, according to the Anchorage Daily News. The collision killed Cowles. Witnesses told police the cyclist got up and left the scene on foot. As of Tuesday, the cyclist had been identified but not charged with any crimes.
