A Compton man who chucked concrete chunks at federal agents during an anti-ICE riot, slicing open an officer's forehead, will spend just three years in federal prison — a sentence lighter than what many Americans received for merely walking through the Capitol on January 6.

Elpidio Reyna, 42, was captured on video hurling large pieces of concrete at government vehicles near a Home Depot in Paramount, California, last June, according to the New York Post.
