You know listening to a sad song can lower your mood. Like an anchor, it can drag you down. But mountain climbers also use a type of anchor to climb up a mountain. In this video I describe creating and using vibrational anchors to lift yourself up from a lower mood to a higher vibration. Besides all of the tips in the video, I forgot to mention that you can also choose high vibration movies or TV shows to watch to put yourself into those modes.
