Louisville Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad was fired by Mayor Greg Fischer after it was revealed that two cops involved in the shooting death of a protester had their bodycameras off.

Maybe they will start cleaning thing out. Amazing that Ring always works but Cop Bodycams seem to fail a very large percent of the time. The officers who shot BBQ Man are on PAID VACATION.

Consumer Reports says some popular cars lack standard safety features, including the Chevrolet Silverado and Toyota Highlander. This lack forces buyers to spend thousands on options to get key safety features, including pedestrian detection and blind spot warning.

CR is stupid. The reason these vehicles are populare is because they are AFFORDABLE. If you require the feature, it simply increases the base price. Yes, there are packages, but it isn't like there is cheap bolt-on, you must integrate something like passenger detection.

ARM and dangerous to Intel. Windows 10 already runs on Arm. If MS does dual binaries (Linux already has native ARM), from their tools, well, game over, or at least a big shake-up. Not mentioned was AMD which has the Ryzen line that is eating Intel's lunch but also looking to ARM.

ARM can move to 5+ GHz more easily and they are already going after the server blade markets (there may be some cache leak problems with multicores we dont know about yet, but ARM is simpler, so uses less power).

A long, hot summer could help curb the spread of Covid-19, according to a top epidemiologist. Some virus particles were spread in specks of water that would evaporate in sunny weather.

I think we will have a long, hot summer.
