The description given by the victims of this nasty crime seem contradictory. The park is very much in the Asian/Middle Eastern part of town and the tanned skin appearance suggests they are more likely to be Middle Eastern rather than Eastern European. The Poles and Lithuanians are in many cases blonder and fairer than a good many native Brits. The accent is obviously not local English and the victims are unlikely to be expert at recognising foreign accents.
