for sure they won't issue via ICO; so this is just FB's monopoly token; it's centralized and has no use case; in fact they can use BTC or USD for messaging app transferring money purpose just like how wechat does, but they want to make their own token, lol... the intention is clear, they not only want your money, they want everything about your spending habit, perhaps even surveillance for the governments, so beware!!
