They generally wear masks, but have never paid any heed to social distancing rules. Several people I know who work 'shop floor' have been complaining about customers leaning over them since distancing was introduced.
It's not real evidence, just a single person's experience... but... I'm a key worker who has worked through the entire pandemic. I don't know a single person who has caught Covid, at best I know people who know people who have had it (and even a few elderly people who have died from it). I'm hardly having to step over the piles of bodies in the street on my way to work. What I have seen though: several small local businesses shutting their doors.
