Pure collectivism & utterly racist. This woman needs to be fired from her job & morally denounced.
An orangutan doesn't have a rational faculty that's capable of understanding & respecting the concept of individual rights (no more than a lion or shark does), and so it cannot have those rights itself. Individual rights have to be reciprocated.

This is inevitable in a religion / political ideology (Islam) which sanctions and mandates the subjugation & enslavement of unbelievers.
Tony Blair is desperate for the truth about Islam not to get out, because he spent almost the last two decades telling everyone that Islam is a religion of peace, and so if it turns out Islam ISN'T a religion of peace (like British First argues), then boy oh boy does Tony Blair have some explaining to do.
If there's a market for them, breeders will have a financial incentive to breed more of them, thus ensuring that they don't go extinct.
It wasn't "globalism" that did this, but the fact that the US economy is less competitive than the Chinese economy, owing to onerous US regulatory, tax and other burdens (which China has far less of). The solution is for the US to stop taxing, regulating and otherwise burdening the US economy. That would require a vast scaling back of the size/scope of the US government, which only few actually want to do. So instead, what we'll hear is instead more crap about the bogeyman of "globalism", thus letting people avoid having to face the truth about the state of the US economy and of the big government that seems intent on making it a burdensome and restrictive place to do business.
Allowing everything else to be dealt with at a state and local level is just punting big/unlimited government to state/local government.
Big/unlimited government is bad regardless of whether it's at the federal, state or local level, because it will inevitably involve the violation of the individual's unalienable rights.
Big/unlimited government doesn't become morally good, just & rights-respecting, just because it's being done at the state or local level.
Central banking is a terrible idea too, because it's a monopoly, the government will use it to interfere with the economy, and the government will use it to print money for its own uses - All of which is blatantly rights-violating.
"Truth is, young people need exactly the opposite of socialism — pro-growth policies and restrained, common-sense regulation"
The author is accepting the premise of government regulation, and thus cannot stand against it on principle, without looking like a hypocrite. It's like saying "I want less tyranny" - To which any tyrant will say "Oh so you're not actually rejecting tyranny then? OK, well, request denied. You've accepted the premise of tyranny, so now you must accept the consequences."
Also, what are "pro growth policies"? It's such a vague term as to be useless. Even socialists claim that socialism is a "pro growth policy". It can mean anything to anyone. You have to be specific.
It wouldn't work. CO2 causes far less warming than people believe it does. Much of the warming that is ascribed to CO2 is actually the result of solar heating and a lack of low clouds.
The climate changes because of cosmic rays and solar cycles - NOT because of CO2. The whole world has been deceived into believing that CO2 is the culprit, when CO2 has only actually caused 0.1C of warming over the past century, of which Man has only caused 0.01C of warming. So all these idiots who care about their "carbon footprint", are suffering privations and forcing others to suffer them too, all based on a LIE. The whole world has been conned.
