Um, no. I guarantee this didn't happen the way it's being reported. We've heard the story of the accuser, no details from the employer, now let's hear from those accused of racism. THAT would be journalism.
Maybe a customer requested to "not sit by black people" (although I doubt it), but there's no way more than one employee, especially a manager, actually asked black people to move because of their skin color.
When this becomes personal to people who aren't aware of how partisan the media has become, when they and their friends are attacked for just passing by, and especially when people start seeing viral videos of the violence, they'll notice the drought of news coverage on mainstream news sources. In the past the media could control the narrative through noncoverage, but now because of social media noncoverage can be revealed as bias.
Wow, what hard-hitting reporting from Editor-at-Large Dave Levinthal. How about asking why the charge to Donald Trump is so much more than what estimated for Barrack Obama when he rallied in Minneapolis? Did Obama pay a similar bill? Seems like this is breaking precedent to charge a Republican more for a rally.
According to this author Schiff "[launched] into a paraphrase of Trump." That wasn't a paraphrase because it substantially changed Trump's conversation and point. Even Schiff called it a "parody", and if a Republican said it the press would call it a "fabrication" or "doctored quote".
If the media were at least consistent, if they call joke videos retweeted by Trump 'doctored' they should call this "parody" quote by Schiff 'fabricated'. If the hyperbole goes against Trump they pick a nefarious word to describe it, but if it goes against dems they use neutral or cutesy term like 'parody'.
Tim Pool says "soda pop" because he's a milquetoast fence-sitter. Just choose a side, man!
Just like the rest of the MSM, they buried the lead in this story. California was given a waiver to set their own emissions standards because they had smog in their cities causing a legitimate public health issue. NOW they want to argue that they can use that ability to cut CO2 emissions because global climate change is a public health issue. That's what's actually happening, but very few reporters are presenting it.
I'm sorry, but if a Middle School in Kentucky doesn't get $62.6 Million that creates a "sub-optimal learning environment". All her presentation does is highlight how ridiculously wasteful the government is in that it was planning on spending millions on projects that shouldn't cost nearly that much.
Someone should find out who at the NYT wrote the tweet (probably a "journalism" or "communication" major) and which college he/she got a degree from. The college should answer for this person's ignorance or disavow. How are these people getting jobs in media with such ignorance of history? I have a feeling activist higher education is at fault.
Here's a new tactic taken by fake news media, using the word "doctored" in headlines and opening lines of articles instead of "edited". "Doctoring" a video implies an intent to mislead people, but this video was edited to mock, entertain, and make fun.
See if the word "doctored" is ever used to describe edited videos used by leftists.
