It's interesting how reserved western countries are with their rhetoric compared to assholes like this. Might be time to raise eyebrows with a 'Watch your mouth or we might decide you're a coronavirus risk and halt all travel and trade with you.' Or let them shit their pants with a 'Instanbul is looking mighty nice this time of year, although we might change the name back'. But alas Europe seems to have lost it's balls and it's willingness to self preservation.
