The man who last saw missing University of Pittsburgh student, Sudiksha Konaki, has had his passport taken and is not allowed to leave even though he is not named as a suspect. The man told authorities he and Konaki were caught by a wave at the beach and after making it back toward the shore, he lost sight of her. "It could have been a situation where she disappeared out at sea, and with his sometimes condition cooperation, it's created some reasonable doubt," former Modesto Detective Jon Buehler said on NewsNation's "Banfield."
