After classified documents were found in Joe Biden's former office at the Penn Biden Center, the Justice Department considered having FBI agents monitor the search for additional classified documents at Biden's Wilmington, Delaware residence. In the end, however, the DOJ decided against it in order to not complicate the later stages of the investigation and also becuase Biden's attorneys had quickly handed over the first set of documents and were cooperating with the investigation.
