"Satan" means adversary. There is no such thing as a specific angel named Satan or Demiurge that is evil trying to trip you up. It's all in your mind. Your mind is the adversary. When you realize this, you can stop tripping yourself up and start living like the only true God, YHWH.

Some believe there are two warring powers and that Satan is more powerful than the creator which is why they're at war and this "world" belongs to the "evil one." But this world is only "evil" so long as people give into their own adversarial thoughts and temptations and there is no temptation that the Most High can't get us out of. Cast your burdens on Jesus Christ, and the same power inside of him that worked miracles, can work miracles in your life too.
