Binaural beat tapers from 12 Hz (alpha waves) to 3.8 Hz (delta waves) and then back up towards the end to around 5 Hz (theta waves).
There is some steady background whooshing that if you like you may focus on and breathe in and out accordingly. Focusing on your breath and a single noise in the background can help you to reach a meditative state easier.
