In this guided meditation there is a cello background noise that can be used to set your breathing tempo. The long, slow breaths help your body take in more oxygen which can be very healing. Watching your breaths in and out can help you enter into the meditative state naturally which will also aid in healing. The sound used to create the binaural beats is 432 hz up to 528 hz, both of which are known for healing. The binaural beat that is produced goes from the Theta state to the Delta state and back.
