He was reading Acts 17.

"Satan wants to be like God (Isaiah 14). And if you notice, all the evil stuff (in bible or real life) trends towards complete & total obedience.

Acts 17:7 - the Jews use the fact that Christians claim Christ as king for their argument that Christians should be punished.

The thought was that Christians were dangerous because they didn't worship Caesar.

Christians didn't conform or obey authorities when the authorities demanded worship and/or complete allegiance.

As the godless commies intensify their calls against Christians, just know that refusing to worship (or obey) those who demand our worship puts us in good company.

It is Christian to worship Jesus Christ - despite the persecution & allegations of not worshiping whomever the powers & authorities tell us too."
