Following President Trump's speech before a joint session of Congress, Elon Musk announced that the funds for congressional props would be cut. Many believe Democrats paying $1M per strongly worded paddle, while effective, was just too expensive. Trump told reporters that he agreed with the cuts, but encouraged Democrats to just make their own props as he supports free speech. Defending the Democrats' freedom to make fools of themselves on live TV is one thing that makes America great, just not on the taxpayers' dime. But that's not all that happened last week!
