Brett Favre was in Washington testifying in front of Congress today in a hearing concerning federal welfare reform when he announced that he's been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. He made the appearance after being caught up in the Mississippi welfare scandal back in 2020 in which welfare money was used to build an athletic facility for his alma mater, the University of Southern Mississippi.
