Darrin Webster, 29, who is homeless, was charged Monday night with murder, attempted assault, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the early Sunday fatal stabbing of Amare Simmons, 26, in front of Marco’s on Broadway near Lawton Street in Bushwick, police said.
