On Saturday, April 18, a 24-year-old illegal immigrant from India, high on "wax" attacked a 27-year-old Texas mother and her three-year-old child in a San Antonio park. He punched the mom and bit the child's face until people in the park pulled him away and called cops. ICE agents were called who later identified him as Athrava Vyas, an Indian national with a history of violence who had overstayed his visa.
