Fatma Haiderzad lived in the luxury three-bedroom and four-bathroom condo at the Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles, Miami from 2022 to 2024, according to court documents, after being invited by investment advisor Tyron Birkmeir. The only problem was he never owned the condo, according to a new lawsuit.
