Kentucky Senate candidate Nate Morris is surging in the race to replace retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell, fueled in part by rising favorability, more name recognition and a key endorsement from the late conservative icon Charlie Kirk, according to a new internal polling memo obtained by The Post.
