De’Ovryion Elijha Ray, 23, was arraigned on second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon charges at Queens Supreme Criminal Court on Thursday for fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend, Dashanna Donovan, 21, on Sept. 12, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced in a statement.
