Embattled New York Attorney General Letitia James’ "fugitive" grandniece, who is at the center of her federal mortgage fraud case, was hit with a criminal charge Thursday -- two weeks after she allegedly threatened her kid’s assistant principal and called her a “bald-headed bitch.”
