Craig Vogt, 61, was arrested last Tuesday in Hudson after placing a bizarre letter in his neighbor's mailbox to tell her he had killed and cooked his peacocks because " she continued feeding them,” according to an affidavit from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office obtained by The Post.
