Shyhemm Lee was shot in the head and the woman grazed in the neck when the suspects started shooting on the grounds of NYCHA’s Armstrong II Houses on Lexington Avenue near Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 11:50 p.m. Thursday, cops said.
