Cops responded to Grumpy's Underground Bar in Orlando last Sunday after Jason Wilfredo Rosario, 30, allegedly stabbed a patron 10 times in his left back and head after a tussle over the bar tab was taken to an outside alleyway, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by the Post.
