Abdul Rahman Waziri, a 31-year-old dad of two, was shot dead by a neighbor following an argument over parking at his Houston apartment complex last month after surviving years of disarming IEDs and fierce firefights with the Taliban in Afghanistan before moving to the US with his family as refugees in 2021.
