Sophomore Alex Shieh wants to take the DOGE chainsaw to Brown University’s bureaucracy — and he started by emailing thousands of school administrators to ask what they do all day. Now he’s fighting four counts of school rule violations and is facing a disciplinary hearing. Shieh spoke to The Post about his experience.
