The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the Trump administration must “facilitate” the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the US, but scrapped a deadline set by a lower court while it explains how the government should “effectuate” the Maryland man’s release from a notorious El Salvador mega-prison.
