Desiree Figueroa, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the 2019 killing of 19-year-old Marlen Ochoa-Lopez and agreed to testify against her mother, Clarisa Figueroa, who is accused of butchering the pregnant teen to take her baby.
