Mark Kelly tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that he believes former President Joe Biden's handling of the border wasn't working, but President Trump's immigration crackdown has "swung drastically in another direction." He also says Mr. Trump "should've extracted something" from Russia before agreeing to meet with Vladimir Putin.
