Nebraska surgeon lets patients pay their bills with volunteer work

Nebraska surgeon Demetrio Aguila served across Asia for eight years as an air force doctor before realizing he could make an impact closer to home. After seeing patients in his clinic who could not pay for treatment, he began a program that offers them the option to pay for surgery by volunteering for local humanitarian groups.
