President Trump is insisting the economy is fine as new tariffs on imported auto parts took effect this weekend. Meanwhile, the president will meet face to face at the White House Tuesday with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, with Carney saying, "We expect respect." CBS News' Willie James Inman reports.
