Governor Ned Lamont today announced that he has signed into law legislation providing no-excuse absentee ballots for all. It restricts federal law enforcement officials from being within 250 feet of a polling place or other sensitive election site without permission from state election officials or court order, and empowers the attorney general to act against perceived interference or intimidation.
