A lawsuit filed Wednesday against the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is being described as “one of the most important lawsuits in medical history.” Both Stoller and pediatrician Dr. Paul Thomas, another plaintiff, assert they experienced harm to their professional reputations as a result of their opposition to AAP guidelines.
