In response to Title IX Complaints filed by Family Institute of Connecticut Action, the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights announced on January 14 that it will conduct an investigation of Waterbury Public Schools. If you have been following our blog, you know that we filed a complaint in September 2025 and updated it.
