Dell, Pastor of The First Congregational Church of Woodbury, found himself under investigation, apparently at the direction of Connecticut Attorney General William Tong who asked the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to determine the intent behind a tweet Dell posted on July 23, 2025.
