New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker and Police Chief Karl Jacobson attended a press conference at the Atwater Senior Center in the Fair Haven section yesterday, another in a series of meetings about "protecting" immigrants -- legal and illegal -- from the incoming Trump Administration.
