Călin Georgescu, winner of Romania’s first round of presidential elections and expected winner of the second round before its abrupt cancellation by the Romanian authorities who detest their own people, declared in a message posted to his social networks that 35 years after the revolution, the freedom of the Romanian people is now being “shot” with the “weapons” of the Romanian Constitutional Court as they openly attack democracy and stifle the will of the Romanian people.
