Not a big deal."</p><p>:: Officials said water pressure also had to be cut to a minimum, leaving thousands without supply</p><p>According to the State electricity transmission company Ukrenergo, emergency power cuts have been implemented in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, and partially in the Kirovohrad, Kyiv, and Cherkasy regions. </p><p>The Kyiv city administration reported that parts of Ukraine's capital were under darkness due to an emergency situation in the city's power system.</p><p>Emergency services continued to work overnight to restore electric power supply. </p></body>
