A Kansas City woman says she repeatedly warned friends about the sagging front of a Family Dollar building in Midtown before it collapsed Sunday, killing one man and seriously injuring another. Noah Banks, who lives in an apartment across the street from the store, said she had been watching the condition of the building for weeks.
