Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. was detained by ICE days after fighting social media influencer Jake Paul in California. Chavez is in the process of being deported from the US over alleged cartel ties and other infractions, according to the Department of Homeland Security. CNN’s Patrick Snell reports.
