TEXAS CITY, Texas (KIAH) — At 2:14, Texas City Emergency Management issues an all clear and lifted the Shelter-in-Place. A long siren burst signaled the all clear. At 1:24 p.m., a shelter-in-place order was been issued for the area between Highway 146 and Bay Street due to an incident at the Marathon facility along Hwy 146 near Bay Street, officials said Friday. Fire was seen in an isolated area on site. No injuries were reported according to officials on scene.
